U.S. Exchanges + Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange, refund, or store credit within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and sent back with tags, in its original packaging accompanied by the sale confirmation. Currently, we offer exchanges for the same item.
All refunds will be applied to the form of payment used on the original order. Store credits will be issued in the form of an exchange by contacting us at email@example.com. We do not offer refunds or credit on shipping fees.
Please ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise that has been used, worn or altered in any way and does not meet our return policy requirements.
To return a damaged item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We are unable to replace items that were purchased through our third-party vendors.
Sale items, special orders, personalized or custom-made products, final sale merchandise, or products that are specified as not eligible for return in its description are final sale and cannot be returned. We do not accept returns from any pop-up shop purchases or purchases made through our third-party vendors.
Any item returned after 15 days from order date is not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are issued once your return has been processed and the items have been checked at our return center. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10-14 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
